✨️Kindle Unlimited Book Recommendations ✨️ Some o ✨️Kindle Unlimited Book Recommendations ✨️

Some of my favorite books on Kindle Unlimited (in the US, I know these can vary country to country).

There are obviously so many more wonderful books on KU that I can't wait to try.

Are you a book borrower or a book buyer?

I prefer to borrow first and then collect my favorites. It makes to easier for me to be able to DNF books I'm not enjoying.

QOTD: What are your favorite KU Recommendations?
Have you ever read a book that made you want to st Have you ever read a book that made you want to stare at a wall for a few hours and contemplate life?

I'm still processing my emotions and am not quite sure what to say about this book.

The Poet Empress by Shen Tao was beautifully written.

I love when books switch between past and present and The Poet Empress does this particularly well.

The author did a fantastic job making me feel empathetic toward a character I did not think could deserve it.

It was intriguing, horrifying, heart-wrenching, and overall emotionally exhausting.

It was truly an amazing read.

I could not put it down.

I constantly found myself needing to understand more.

My rambling is done now, but if you're still here I think it's important to say that this is not a romantasy book. It is a dark fantasy. I've seen it described as romantasy several places online. If you go in thinking this is a romantasy, this isn't going to be the book you are hoping for.

📚 Last, Current, Next 📖 What are you reading? I 📚 Last, Current, Next 📖

What are you reading?

I am having a truly awesome reading year so far and am loving my books.

They keep hurting me and I love it!

I asked for help finding my next read and Project Hail Mary was by far the winner.

I'm excited to see why you love it so much. And just a little worried I won't understand all if the science in it. I may not be smart enough for this book 🫣.
POV: You've been in a romantasy reading slump and POV: You've been in a romantasy reading slump and then one of your most anticipated romantasy books hits your kindle.

I'm so excited to journey back into The Ever.

Some of you know this already, but The Ever King is one of my favorite books 🖤.

Thank you @authorljandrews and @berkleypub!!

✨️The Last Book Challenge✨️ My friend @glimmers.0 ✨️The Last Book Challenge✨️

My friend @glimmers.0104 wanted to see the last books I [insert verb].

I get tagged in these occasionally, but don't usually do them because I'm usually in the middle of a series and the challenge would just be a list of the books in the series I'm reading 😅.

As you can see, I have been taking a little bit of a break from romantasy/fantasy romance and venturing into a different side of fantasy.

And I'm sorry about any typos. I cannot fix them now 😵‍💫
We're only halfway through the year and I'm pretty We're only halfway through the year and I'm pretty sure I've already read my favorite books of the year.

I've been reading nothing but books I love so far this year.

Probably because I'm DNFing the books I don't like.

What's your favorite read so far this year?

✨️Please Help Me✨️ Pick my next read for me! I ✨️Please Help Me✨️

Pick my next read for me!

I am a huge mood reader and don't like to be told what to read, but I have been presented with far too many options and can't decide what to read next.

My TBR is out of control.

I've asked you guys for help before and you did not steer me wrong.

These are a few of the books that I have been excited to get to.

So please tell me what to read. Or if you think I should skip these and you have a different suggestion, tell me that too.

I'm currently reading The Poet Empress by Shen Tao and probably have about a week before I need a new book 🥰.

ML Wang is quickly becoming one of my favorite aut ML Wang is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors.

I usually avoid standalone books because I feel like it's not enough time to really tell a story. It is amazing how much ML Wang can do in such a short amount of time.

First off- the writing is beautiful.

ML Wang knows how to tell a story and captivate her audience. The characters are so imperfectly human.

The magic system and story are unique.

This book touches on a lot of important social issues. I don't really want to list them because I feel like that in itself might be a spoiler, but it definitely has a lot to say about misogyny and racism.

It's graphic.
It's dark.
It's uncomfortable.
It's heartbreaking.
It's an amazing book.

"Women, being governed by emotions, have no place in positions of political or magical power."

Thank you to my friend @bookedbffs who carefully picked out this book for me to read. And then patiently reminded me I was supposed to read it. ❤️
